Terms of Service

Astralixa provides astrology-based software, AI-generated interpretations, journaling tools, and related subscription features for personal use. By using the service, you agree to provide accurate account information and to use the platform in compliance with applicable law.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create a paid account unless a parent or legal guardian has consented on your behalf.

Astralixa offers content for entertainment, education, and self-reflection. Astrology readings, compatibility reports, and AI interpretations are not medical, legal, financial, mental health, or relationship counseling advice.

You remain solely responsible for decisions you make based on information provided through the service.

Paid features are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan you select until you cancel. Taxes may be added where required.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings or the billing portal when available. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer protected systems, upload unlawful material, or use Astralixa to harass, impersonate, or exploit others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk to the service, other users, or our partners.

Astralixa, its branding, site design, software, and original content are owned by Astralixa or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for personal purposes.

You retain rights in content you submit, such as journal entries, but you grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display, and secure that content in connection with the service.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astralixa disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astralixa and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our total liability for claims arising out of the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Astralixa in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
